Agreement and compliance upon the terms set forth below are conditions precedent to your access to the subject content and data. Any use of the Global Survey of City Leaders (GSCL) data is contingent on the following:

You agree not to use the data for commercial advantage or purpose, specifically, no for-profit activities utilizing the GSCL data are permitted absent an express license from Cornell. Commercial entities wishing to use this service should contact the Cornell Mui Ho Center for Cities centerforcities@cornell.edu

You further agree that you will not attempt to identify individuals or to otherwise infringe upon the privacy or confidentiality rights of individuals associated with the survey data.

The data are provided “as is” and the Cornell Mui Ho Center for Cities makes no representations and extends no warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Cornell Mui Ho Center for cities shall not be liable for any claims or damages with respect to any loss or other claim by you or any third party on account of, or arising from the use of the data.

By using these data, you agree that any dispute arising under it is governed by the laws of the State of New York of the United States of America.
